When the educational reform entering the critical period, the 1+X certificate system ac-celerates the structural reform of higher vocational education textbooks. As the expected form of higher vocational education textbooks under the 1+X certificate system, the new form of textbooks shows multi-dimensional characteristics such as diversity of teaching materials, interactivity of teaching materials' application scenarios and collaboration of teaching materials construction teams. Under the 1+X certifi-cate system, the new form of teaching materials for higher vocational education takes loose leaf teaching materials as the"new style", workbook teaching materials as the"new guidance"and media teaching materials as the"new carrier", which runs through the whole process of new form of teaching materials development. Therefore, it is necessary to set the standards for the revision of new forms of teaching ma-terials, cultivate the high-level application ability of teachers and students of new forms of teaching ma-terials, build a featured teaching material system of documentary evidence integration and establish a new form of teaching material supervision and evaluation system so as to provide assistance for promot-ing the construction process of new forms of teaching materials in higher vocational education.
