"双高计划"建设背景下高职院校辅导员职业认同研究

"双高计划"建设是中国现代教育改革规划结构中的重要一环,其对实现职业教育复兴、推进职业教育长效发展有关键意义。"双高计划"建设对高职院校辅导员职业认同赋予了新的内涵和要求。经调查研究发现,目前高职院校辅导员的职业认同感普遍不高,通过与多位富有学生工作经验的辅导员深入交谈并结合大量文献的研究成果,发现社会环境、学校规划、组织文化、个人价值这四个方面直接影响着辅导员职业认同度。为了提高高职院校辅导员职业认同,必须发挥社会、学校、组织、个人四方面合力,这对高职院校辅导员队伍的建设、稳定和发展有一定的指导意义,可在一定程度上助推"双高计划"建设。
Research on the Professional Identity of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double-High Plan"Construction
The construction of"double-high plan"is an important link in the planning structure of China's modern education reform, and it is of key significance for realizing the revival of vocational edu-cation and promoting the long-term development of vocational education. It has given new connotation and requirements to the professional identity of counselors in higher vocational colleges. After investiga-tion and research, it was found that the professional identity of counselors in higher vocational colleges is generally not high. Through in-depth interviewing with multiple counselors with rich experience at students'work and reference to a large number of research results of literature, it was summarized that social environment, school planning, organizational culture and personal worth directly affect the coun-selor's professional identity. In order to improve the vocational identity of counselors in higher vocation-al colleges, we must exert the joint efforts of society, school, organization and individual, which has cer-tain guiding significance for the construction, stability and development of counselors in higher vocation-al colleges, to a certain extent, to promote the"double-high plan"construction.
