The Formation Basis, Essence and Value Orientation Adhering to the People First
The Communist Party of China's experience of upholding the people's supremacy con-tains a systematic and scientific basis for its formation. Under the foundation of the theory and the trans-formation of time and space, the essence of upholding the people's supremacy in the new era is mainly manifested in three aspects:firmly holding the people's position, grasping the people's wishes and re-specting the people's creation. It is the unswerving foundation, value orientation and power source of the Party in its century-long struggle. Each form an organic and unified whole, reflecting the Communist Party of China's adherence to and development of the people's supremacy. Under the new historical ori-entation, it is necessary to grasp and deal with the relationship between"individual supremacy"and"people supremacy", high-quality development and adherence to people supremacy, and the internal unity of building a life community between man and nature so as to form a dialectical and sober cogni-tion of the world outlook and methodology of upholding people supremacy.
