With the continuous acceleration of the reform of double high-tech schools, the impor-tance of physical education and research in higher vocational education has become increasingly promi-nent, and the concept of"educating people by sports"has been recognized by educators, higher voca-tional students and parents."Teaching, learning and research"is the basis for promoting the growth of teachers, among which"research"is the"catalyst"for accelerating the development of teachers. Im-proving the quality of teaching and research is not only the basis for promoting its high-quality develop-ment, but also an effective way to promote the professional growth of higher vocational physical educa-tion teachers. In this regard, this paper will discuss and analyze the importance, constituent elements and existing problems and put forward corresponding strategies, aiming to provide valuable reference suggestions for higher vocational physical educators.
