Research on the Construction Difficulties and Countermeasures of"One-stop"Student Communities in Higher Vocational Colleges
Student community is the main place for students to study and live in, bearing the re-sponsibilities of carrying out ideological and political education. According to the key works published by the Ministry of Education recently, the management and service of students in higher vocational col-leges is going to be"one-stop"integrated management mode of student community, which becomes the trial-field to innovate the mode of ideological and political education. However, the"one-stop"student community in higher vocational colleges is still faced with many practical difficulties in the aspects of Party construction guidance, team occupancy, condition guarantee and student participation, etc. In view of the related problems existing in the aspects of concept consensus, the role of Party and league or-ganizations, education cooperation, propaganda strength, resource allocation, system mechanism, stu-dent autonomy and service content and by analyzing its value connotation and historical evolution law , this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties faced and explores effective countermeasures and sug-gestions so as to help the construction of"one-stop"student community comprehensive management mode in higher vocational colleges.
