Examining and Exploring the Employment Situation of College Students under the Background of the"New Normal"of Economic Development
In the context of the new normal of economy, the employment environment for college students has undergone significant changes, specifically manifested in: the slowdown in economic growth is related to the shrinkage of employment positions, the adjustment of industrial structure and the lack of social security exacerbate the structural contradiction in employment, the driving force for growth has shifted towards restructuring new elements of college students'employability. At the same time, college students'employment preparation is not yet ready, which is reflected in the prominent con-tradiction between industry and regional human resource allocation of college graduates, lack of employ-ment psychological capital and insufficient employment ability. In order to achieve smooth employment, the education structure should be optimized and the industrial structure upgrade should be appropriate-ly matched in advance. The county economy should be strengthened and developed to expand new space for employment growth. A sound social security system should be stablished to create a positive employ-ment environment. Psychological construction should be emphasized to enhance the psychological capi-tal of college students in employment. The employability of college students in advance should be culti-vated to strengthen information technology construction.
