职普融通标准化建设研究

2022年新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》强化了职普融通标准化建设的显著作用,教育行政部门应充分运用标准化行政指导来促进职普融通发展.当前,职普融通标准建设主要包含了专业设置融通、教学内容融通和学习成果融通三大内容.在建设原则上,标准化建设应坚持以人的发展为导向、以多途径实现职普等值为重心、以各项标准衔接适配为要求.在内容建设方面,一是职校在专业设置上忽视了职普融通的前提,专业设置冗杂,对此应加快制定专业设置评估国家标准来进行监督;二是专业教学标准的课程结构难以使公共课程与专业课程契合融通,对此应以职业生涯发展为主线来研制标准,提高两类课程的契合度;三是职业教育与普通教育在学习成果方面难以实现转换,对此应加快建设职业教育资历框架,先实现职业教育体系内部的贯通.除此以外,当前还应形成配套的职普融通标准建设机制,以推动职普融通标准化建设的具体落实.
Research on the Standardization Construction of the Integration of Vocational Education and General Education
The new Vocational Education Law in 2022 clarifies the significant role of standardized construction in the integration of vocational education and general education.The education manage-ment departments should utilize standardized administrative guidance to promote the integration.Cur-rently,the construction of standards for the integration mainly includes three aspects:professional set-tings,teaching content and learning outcomes.In terms of construction principles,standardization con-struction should adhere to the direction of human development,focus on achieving vocational education equivalence and require the connection and adaptation of various standards.In terms of content con-struction,firstly,it is necessary for colleges to accelerate the development of national standards for eval-uating professional settings for supervision;secondly,career development should be the main focus of developing standards;thirdly,the construction of a vocational education qualification framework should be accelerated.In addition,a supporting mechanism for the construction of standards for the integration also should be established to promote the specific implementation of standardized construction.
