系统科学视域下职业教育人才贯通培养评价体系的构建

职业教育人才贯通培养是新时代职业教育领域内一项重要的综合改革,评价成为诊断贯通培养成效、调节贯通培养内容、激励与引导贯通培养发展的重要手段与依据.在系统科学视域下,职业教育人才贯通培养评价呈现了整体涌现性、层次结构性、动态关联性、目的最优化的解释性框架,应从组织化创生视角设计评价结构、从有序性协同视角生成指标元素、从发展性演化的视角优化评价体系.该过程亦是职业教育人才贯通培养作为有组织的整体实现持续不断的"组织化创生"的发展历程.以此为基础,在职业教育人才贯通培养评价实施的过程中,以开放性思维重构"大职教观"、跨层评价联动机制的优化、多元主体的参与、常态化评价信息反馈机制的构建,均有助于优化"组织化创生"的效果.
Construction of an Evaluation System for the Integrating Vocational Education Talents Cultivation from the Perspective of Systems Theory
The integrating cultivation of vocational education talents is an important comprehen-sive reform in the field of vocational education in the new era.Evaluation has become an important means and basis for diagnosing the effectiveness,adjusting the content,motivating and guiding the de-velopment of integrating cultivation.From the perspective of Systems Theory,the evaluation of integrat-ing cultivation of vocational education talents presents an interactive framework of"overall emergence,hierarchical structure,dynamic correlation and goal optimization".Thus the evaluation structure should be designed from the perspective of organizational creation,the indicator elements should be generated from the perspective of orderliness and synergy,and the evaluation system should be optimized from the perspective of developmental evolution.This process is also the continuous"organized development"process of integrating cultivation of vocational education talents as a whole.Based on this,in the process of integrating cultivation of vocational education talents,it is necessary for us to reconstruct the"big vo-cational education concept"with open thinking,optimize the cross layer evaluation link mechanism,im-plement evaluation by multiple subjects and construct a normalized evaluation information feedback mechanism,all of which can help us to optimize the effectiveness of"organizational creation".
