基于"345+N"架构下的高职院校专创融合教育路径研究

在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,高职院校加快推进创新创业和专业教育深度融合发展,提升创新型人才培养质量,但目前在创新创业教育融入专业教育的实践过程中仍存在融合发展理念有待进一步提升、缺乏有效课程体系和教学模式、师资力量不足、融合教育评价机制有待完善等问题.因此,为提升高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育融合,文章探讨了创新创业教育与专业教育的内在逻辑和现实困境,以期为构建"345+N"深度融合提供具体实施路径.
Research on the Path of Specialty-Entrepreneurship Integration Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the"345+N"Framework
Under the background of"mass innovation and entrepreneurship",higher vocational col-leges are accelerating the in-depth integration and development of innovation and entrepreneurship edu-cation and professional education,improving the quality of cultivating innovative talents.However,in the current practice process of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education,there are still some problems such as the need to further improve the concept of integrated de-velopment,the lack of an effective curriculum system and teaching model,insufficient teaching staff and the need to improve the evaluation mechanism of integrated education.Therefore,in order to enhance the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in higher voca-tional colleges,this paper discusses the internal logic and practical dilemma of innovation and entrepre-neurship education and professional education and constructs a specific implementation path for in-depth integration of"345+N".
