在新形势下,高职院校重新审视"职业生涯规划"课程对社会发展的促进功能、对学校发展的优化功能和对学生发展的指导功能,正视当前"职业生涯规划"课程存在的课程地位缺失、教学实施过程错位、课程教学实效弱化等现实问题,从更新课程规划设计、抓好课程教学实施、完善课程考核评价等方面探索"职业生涯规划"课程教学改革路径,推动职业生涯规划课程价值回归,以期为缓解当前就业形势、促进学生终身发展作出应有的贡献.
Exploration on Teaching Reform Path of Higher Vocational College's Career Planning Course
Under the new situation,it is necessary to take a new look at the career planning course's development functions in promoting the society,optimizing the colleges and guiding the students,face up to the practical problems such as the scarcity of status,the inappropriate implementation of teaching process and the weakness of teaching effect and explore the teaching reform path of career planning course from the following aspects:updating the planning programming of course,performing well in implementation of teaching and perfecting the performance assessment to return the value of career planning course,contribute to alleviate the employment pressure and promote the students'lifelong development.
