The Human Right of Labor and Its Realization under the Vision of Marxism
The human right of labor is a new theory put forward by the Marxist research academia recently. It has become an important subject of multidisciplinary research to introduce it into the field of Marxist philosophy for examination.Labor is the essence of human beings, and the human's labor right occupies the core position of the civil human right system. It has the characteristics of universality,fair-ness,justice,independence and freedom. Its realization is hindered due to the obstacles such as the in-sufficient development of productive forces, legalization of alienated labor, anomies and conflicts in le-gal adjustments, and the absence of responsibilities for obligation subjects. Its realization is a systematic and dynamic process, which continuously transforms the"due rights"into"real rights"that everyone has by strengthening the national, social, and individual responsibilities, enabling people to truly experi-ence a sense of gain and happiness in labor and return to the essence of labor.
