摘要
乡村产业振兴是实现农村经济发展和农民增收的重要途径,高职院校在此过程中扮演着重要角色.文章基于重庆市部分乡村实地调研的相关材料,分析了高职院校服务乡村产业振兴中存在专业设置、人才培养、服务内容、服务水平、资源利用等相关问题,提出了高职院校需要调整专业设置、创新人才培养模式、制定个性化的培训方案、提高服务水平、整合各种资源等措施,以期为高职院校服务乡村产业振兴提供参考依据.
Abstract
The revitalization of rural industry is an important way to realize the rural economic de-velopment and increase the farmers'income.Vocational colleges play an important role in this process.Based on some rural field investigation materials in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the problems related to the professional setup,personnel training,service content,service level and resource utilization of vo-cational colleges in serving the rural industry revitalization.Finally,it is proposed that the vocational colleges need to adjust the professional setting,innovate the talent training mode,formulate the person-alized training programs,improve the service level,integrate various resources and take other measures,so as to provide reference for vocational colleges to serve the rural industry revitalization.
