成渝地区双城经济圈背景下高职教师专业协同发展的问题及对策研究

摘要
成渝地区双城经济圈建设是推动区域经济转型升级、服务国家区域协调发展的重要战略,也是推动职业教育一体化发展的重要抓手.推动高职院校教师专业协同发展对于成渝地区双城经济圈建设具有基础性、导向性、关键性作用.现阶段,成渝两地高职院校教师专业协同发展面临着教育管理体制亟需优化、协同联动机制尚待健全、教师专业发展制度仍需完善等问题和挑战.可通过构建协同发展管理体系、创新协同发展工作机制、健全教师专业发展制度等措施解决关键问题,推动成渝两地高职院校教师专业发展从分工合作到一体化协同发展转型,为区域教师专业协同发展探索实施路径.
Abstract
Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is an important strategy to promote regional eco-nomic transformation and upgrading and serve the coordinated development of national regions,and also an important starting point to promote the integrated development of vocational education.It plays a ba-sic,guiding and key role in the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle to promote the teachers'professional collaborative development in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems and challenges in the collaborative development of teachers'professional in Chengdu-Chongqing higher vocational colleges,such as the urgent needs to optimize the educational management system,improve the collaborative linkage mechanism and improve the professional development system of teachers.On this basis,key problems should be solved by constructing the management system of col-laborative development,innovating the working mechanism of collaborative development,and improving the system of teacher professional development,so as to promote the transformation of the professional development of teachers in Chengdu-Chongqing higher vocational colleges from the division of labor to the integrated collaborative development,and explore the implementation path for regional teacher pro-fessional collaborative development.
