Realistic Review and Optimization Strategy of Enterprise Practice System for Higher Vocational Teachers——Based on the Policy Text Analysis of NVIVO
In recent years,the state,provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities have issued a series of policies and documents on vocational education teachers'enterprise practice in order to build a"dual-teacher"teaching force with teaching and vocational qualifications in higher vocational colleges and universities.This study takes the policy texts issued by the ministry of education and the education administrative departments of provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities as the re-search samples,analyzes the code through the NVIVO qualitative analysis software,and draws the fol-lowing conclusions:the state actively promotes the policy of enterprise practice for teachers of higher vo-cational colleges and universities.The implementation of the policy in province,autonomous region and municipality requires teachers to adopt the"skill training+on-the-job practice"practice mode,schools to implement the"combination of work and study+school-enterprise cooperation"training mode,and enterprises to implement the"co-employment and common education+mobile position"practice mechanism.Meanwhile,aimed at the problems that,in the implementation process of the poli-cy,higher vocational college and university teachers participate in enterprise practice inadequately,that the school lacks reasonable time arrangements and incentive mechanisms for teachers'enterprise prac-tice,and that the enterprise lacks the targeted guidance for practicing teachers,optimization strategies have been put forward such as the teachers need to enhance the sense of responsibility for practice,the schools need to establish a sound mechanism for teachers'incentives and assessment,and the enterpris-es need to provide teachers with practice and targeted guidance.
