摘要
1+X证书制度的深入实施给高职教师提出了新要求,需要高职教师把职业资格等级证书深入有效地融入学历教育中.对标1+X证书制度新场景,高职教师能力困境需要通过重塑1+X证书制度下高职教师胜任力来明确.基于此,梳理1+X证书制度给高职教师带来的能力新指向,针对1+X证书制度下高职教师能力困境,通过理论与实证研究构建1+X证书制度下的高职教师胜任力体系加以应对,并提出1+X证书制度下的高职教师胜任力培养路径.
Abstract
The in-depth implementation of 1+X certificate system puts forward new demands for higher vocational teachers,requiring them to effectively integrate their vocational qualification certifi-cates into the academic education.According to the new scenario of 1+X certificate system,it needs to be clarified where their ability dilemma is by reshaping their competency under the 1+X certificate sys-tem.Based on this,the new ability orientation brought by 1+X certificate system to them is sorted out,and combined with their ability dilemma under the 1+X certificate system,their competency system un-der the 1+X certificate system is constructed through theoretical and empirical research,and their com-petency training path under the 1+X certificate system is put forward.
