新时代劳动精神融入时代新人培养的三重逻辑

摘要
劳动精神作为中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,是中国精神的时代特征,也是新时代劳动者诠释人类文明的伟大创造.将新时代劳动精神融入高校时代新人的培养中需要把握理论逻辑、价值逻辑和实践逻辑,深入探析其逻辑构架.文章从现实逻辑回答了"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的基本问题;从价值逻辑回应了价值目标、价值导向、价值旨归和价值追求的根本问题;从实践逻辑回答了"如何将理论付诸于实践"的重要问题,三者共同构成了劳动精神融入高校时代新人培养的完整链条,有利于培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人,激发了新时代青年的精神动力.
Abstract
As an important part of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists,the spirit of labor is the characteristic of the times of Chinese spirit and also the great creation of laborers in the new era to interpret human civilization.To integrate it in the new era into the training of new students in colleges and universities,it is necessary for us to grasp the theoretical logic,value logic and practical logic and deeply to analyze its logical framework.The realistic logic answers the basic questions of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train".The value logic responds to the fundamental problems of value goal,value orientation,value purport and value pursuit.The practical logic answers the important question of"how to put theory into practice".Together,they constitute a complete chain of integrating the labor spirit into the training of new generation in colleges and universities,cultivating them with all-round de-velopment of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetic and labor,and stimulating their spiritual motivation.
