Exploration and Practice of Professional Performance Evaluation at the School Level in Vocational Colleges
The major is the core component of vocational colleges,and the quality of professional construction directly reflects the level of education of the school.Therefore,conducting regular profes-sional performance appraisal was one of the key measures to ensure the quality of performance appraisal construction.By constructing a comprehensive professional performance appraisal index system,scien-tifically determining the weights of various indicators in the evaluation,12 core indicators and 20 specif-ic scoring points were used for professional performance appraisal.Taking a certain vocational college as the implementation object of professional performance evaluation,scores were collected item by item,and the performance evaluation score data of 31 majors participating in the evaluation for three consecu-tive years were statistically analyzed to accurately identify the shortcomings of the corresponding majors in their development.Taking the professional performance evaluation as the starting point and using the results of performance evaluation as an important basis for implementing professional dynamic adjust-ments,we ensure the high-quality development of professional construction.
