The Theoretical Logic,Evolution and Practical Approach of the CPC's Leadership in Science and Technology in the New Era
The development of science and technology under the leadership of the CPC can be ana-lyzed in three dimensions:theoretical logic,evolutionary history and practical progress.In terms of the theoretical logic,the CPC's leadership in the development of science and technology takes Marx's sci-entific and technological thought as the logical starting point to deeply analyze the essence,function and main body of science and technology,and takes ancient Chinese scientific and technological thought as the theoretical source,which is embodied in the philosophical outlook on science and technology,scien-tific and technological values,and scientific and technological ethical outlook.In the course of evolu-tion,it has gone through the scientific and technological view of production tools of"self-reliance",the scientific and technological view of productivity of"independent innovation"and the scientific and tech-nological view of core comprehensive national strength of"self-reliance and self-improvement".On the way of practice,it adheres to the strategic direction of scientific and technological services for economic and social development,bases itself on the strategic goal of building a world-class scientific and techno-logical power,upholds the value concept of technological scales and science and technology for the good and builds a trinity of development system for education,science and technology talents.
