职业教育赋能乡村文化振兴的实践路径

推进乡村全面振兴是建设现代化农业强国的重点任务,其中文化振兴为乡村全面振兴提供了精神基础和文化根基。职业教育赋能乡村文化振兴要从助力乡风文明建设、文化主体建设、文化产业发展三个维度厘清职业教育何以赋能乡村文化振兴的内在机理。反观当下乡村文化振兴面临的三大困境,文化主体缺失、文化空间衰落、文化再生动力不足业已成为实现乡村文化振兴的掣肘因素。基于对现实问题的剖析,职业教育赋能乡村文化振兴,首先要尊重农民主体地位,培养乡村文化传承人;其次要挖掘乡村文化潜在空间,拓宽乡村文化平台;最后通过塑造乡村文化产业优势,激发乡村文化内生动力。
The Practical Path of Empowering Rural Cultural Revitalization through Vocational Education
Promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is a key task in building a mod-ern agricultural power,in which the cultural revitalization provides a spiritual and cultural foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Empowering the rural cultural revitalization through vocational education requires clarifying the internal mechanism of how vocational education empowers rural cultural revitalization from three dimensions:supporting the construction of rural cultural civiliza-tion,cultural subject construction and cultural industry development.On the other hand,the three major challenges faced by the current rural cultural revitalization are the lack of cultural subjects,the decline of cultural space and the insufficient driving force for cultural regeneration,which have become the key constraints for achieving rural cultural revitalization.Based on the analysis of practical problems,if the vocational education empowers the revitalization of rural culture,the farmers must be respected as the main body,cultivating the inheritors of rural culture;the potential rural cultural spaces must be tapped into,expanding rural cultural platforms;the advantages of rural cultural industries must be shaped,stim-ulating the endogenous power of rural culture.
