The development of new quality productive forces has become a key factor in promoting the economic growth in modern society,and as the main battlefield for cultivating skilled talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents who can meet the demands of new quality productive forces.At present,the training of talents in vocational colleges still suffers from the problems of insufficient adaptability,weak innovation and unclear positioning.Based on the connota-tion and characteristics of new quality productive forces in China,this paper explores the requirements and challenges of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,applies the ecosystem theory to the process of talent cultivation,analyzes the talent cultivation path in vocational colleges for new quality productive forces from the aspects of training goals,teaching research design and academic evaluation,clears the appropriate state of talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges,promotes the ecological transformation of talent cultivation and empowers the autonomous cultivation of skilled talents in vocational colleges.
