Research on the Construction of Multi-collaborative"Double-qualified"Teachers'Teaching Innovation Team Based on the Value Chain Theory
The construction of"double-qualified"teacher's teaching innovation team is a systemat-ic project that integrates government,enterprises and higher vocational colleges.Only through multiple collaborations can a high-level teacher's teaching innovation team be built to help foster new quality productive forces.The construction of the teaching innovation team of"double-qualified"teachers in vo-cational colleges faces difficulties in the value chain,including insufficient government policy supply and inadequate leadership and support for team building,limited corporate participation that hinders the team's integration into the industrial chain,the weakness of school support alone,resulting in the team's inability to effectively support the local industrial economy.To address these challenges,this pa-per proposes strategies to enhance the level of"double-qualified"teacher teaching innovation team from three aspects:at the government level,strengthening policy supply and facilitating collaborative mechanisms;at the corporate level,achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes through co-con-struction,co-education and sharing;at the school level,integrating into the local industry and enhanc-ing team capabilities.
