A Study on the Impact of Network Community Culture on the Employment Outlook of College Students and Its Countermeasures
With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularity of social media,the network community culture has gradually become an important part of college students'daily life.This kind of cultural phenomenon has not only changed the university student's social contact pattern and the information acquisition way,but also deeply affected their values,especially the employment view.This paper probes into the double influence of the network culture on the employment view of college students,analyzes the reasons behind it and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and sug-gestions,with a view to university education,student personal development and employment to provide reference.
