Research on Influencing Factors and Strategies of Career Planning for Higher Vocational Students——The case of Tourism Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges
The article carries out a questionnaire survey with the students of higher vocational schools in Zhejiang Province as the research object and finds the influence of different factors such as grade,gender and performance on the career planning of higher vocational students through the SPSS data analysis.On the basis of which,some suggestions are put forward such as attaching importance to the role of family career dialogues and information exchanges,emphasizing the positivity and timeliness;strengthening the construction of vocational education courses of the schools'post class competition,fo-cusing on the differentiation and pertinence;linking with the enterprises to enrich career planning edu-cation resources,reflecting sociality and authenticity;improving the overall level of individual career de-velopment planning,enhancing initiative and change.
