共同富裕视域下乡村文化振兴的现实困境与实践进路

摘要
共同富裕是推进乡村文化振兴的方向引领,乡村文化振兴是实现共同富裕的重要支撑.当前,共同富裕视域下乡村文化振兴面临主体动力不足、乡村文化式微、人才队伍短缺、经济力度薄弱等现实困境.乡村文化振兴应着力在激活广大农民主体意识、传承弘扬乡村传统文化、健全完善人才培养机制、发展乡村特色文化产业等方面有所突破,从而促进乡村文化的繁荣发展,不断推动共同富裕取得新进展.
Abstract
Common prosperity is the guiding direction for promoting the revitalization of rural cul-ture,while the revitalization of rural culture is an important support for achieving common prosperity.Currently,the revitalization of rural culture from the perspective of common prosperity faces some realis-tic difficulties such as insufficient motivation of the main body,decline of rural culture,shortage of tal-ent teams and weak economic strength.It is necessary to explore the practical approaches for the revital-ization of rural culture by activating the consciousness of the majority of farmers,inheriting and carrying forward the traditional rural culture,improving talent training mechanisms and developing rural cultural industries with distinctive features so as to promote the prosperity and development of rural culture and continuously make new progress in achieving common prosperity.
