职业教育数字化转型的实践困境与纾解策略

摘要
数字化转型为职业教育的教学资源和教学模式多元化创造了契机,但数字技术的广泛应用也同时带来职业教育发展的隐忧.其中,数字技术转型尤为凸显出隐私、公平、教师角色及技术人文等方面的问题.针对职业教育与数字技术融合进程中所面临的困境,亟须采取以下几个方面措施:一是强化隐私与数据安全机制,确保教育数据的合规性;二是推动教育资源均衡配置,消除技术鸿沟;三是重构教师角色,提升在数字时代的教学能力;四是融合技术与人文关怀,实现教育效率与人文价值并重.
Abstract
The digital transformation provides possibilities for the diversification of teaching re-sources and teaching modes in vocational education,bringing opportunities and challenges to the field of vocational education.Especially the transformation of digital technology highlights the issues of priva-cy,fairness,the roles of teachers and technological humanities.In response to the dilemma of integrat-ing vocational education with digital technology,it is urgent to pay attention to:strengthening the priva-cy and data security mechanisms to ensure the compliance of educational data;promoting the balanced allocation of educational resources to bridge the technological gap;refactoring the role of teachers and enhancing their digital age capabilities;integrating the technology and the humanistic care to ensure the equal emphasis on educational efficiency and humanities.
