How to accurately assess the abilities of vocational university students is an important is-sue in higher vocational education. The common classical measurement theories are greatly affected by the sample gap and do not consider the error of sample capacity, gradually becoming unsuitable for mod-ern educational measurement.Based on the Rasch dichotomous response and partial scoring model, this paper analyzes the answer to the final examination paper of Internet Marketing in a vocational college in Chongqing. The results indicate that the difficulty level of this test is relatively low,and there are a small number of cases of guessing and accidentally answering incorrectly. In order to further improve the accuracy of the test,it is recommended that teachers make the targeted teaching reflections and im-provements after the test, increase the difficulty of objective questions in the test and use fills in the blank questions to eliminate the guessing. At the same time, teachers can also improve students'learn-ing abilities by cultivating good study habits and providing the targeted tutoring.
