摘要
总结3例人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)暴露者进行暴露后预防的阻断用药特点,对暴露后预防的求询者进行暴露后预防评估,分析暴露后时间、暴露者行为风险、暴露源感染状况、暴露后阻断药物的选择与阻断的效果,并复习相关文献,为临床HIV暴露后预防提供借鉴.
Abstract
Summarize the characteristics of post exposure prophylaxis using blocking drugs in three individuals exposed to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), evaluate post exposure prophylaxis for those seeking post exposure prophylaxis, analyze post exposure time, exposure behavioral risk, exposure source infection status, selection and blocking effects of blocking drugs, and review relevant literature to provide reference for clinical post exposure prophylaxis of HIV.
