摘要

本文介绍了我院收治的1例聚乙二醇干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎过程中继发重度骨髓抑制并鲍曼不动杆菌感染、腹腔积液患者,描述并讨论分析其临床特点、实验室检查结果及诊治过程.

Abstract

In this paper,a patient with chronic hepatitis B complicated with severe myosuppression accompanied with Acinetobacter baumannii infection and ascites treated with pegylated interferon in our hospital was introduced.The clinical characteristics,laboratory test results,diagnosis and treatment process were described,and the corresponding discussion and analysis were made.
