摘要
目的 利用文献计量学方法和可视化技术,对男男性行为者艾滋病研究领域的热点和趋势进行深入探究和分析,为该领域的进一步研究提供有价值的参考和启示.方法 选取Web of Science核心合集数据库中SCI-Expanded进行文献检索和提取,以获得相关研究样本.用VOSviewer 1.6.19、CiteSpace 6.2.R4和Pajek 5.18等可视化分析工具,绘制知识图谱,全面系统地阐述合作网络、共被引网络和共现网络等多个方面的信息.结果 共纳入相关文献8183篇,近20年来该领域年发文量和被引频次均呈稳步增长趋势.美国是最具生产力的国家,加州大学系统贡献了最多的发文量.Mayer KH和Beyrer C分别是发文量和被引频次最高的作者.可接受性、暴露前预防、依从性、跨性别女性、障碍、高危、HIV检测、性和性别少数群体、性健康、公共卫生和护理等关键词是近年来的热点研究主题,也一定程度上反映了未来的研究趋势.结论 通过文献计量学与可视化分析揭示,男男性行为者艾滋病研究领域热点聚焦于暴露前预防及性健康等议题,预示未来研究将继续深化对高危群体、公共卫生干预及护理等方面的探索.
Abstract
Objective By using bibliometric methods and visualization techniques to deeply explore and analyze the hotspots and trends in the field of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) research among men who have sex with men (MSM),aiming to provide valuable reference and inspiration for further research. Methods SCI-Expanded in the Web of Science core collection database was selected for literature search and extraction to obtain relevant research samples. Visualization and analysis tools such as VOSviewer 1.6.19,CiteSpace 6.2.R4,and Pajek 5.18 were used to map scientific knowledge to comprehensively and systematically illustrate the information of multiple aspects such as collaborative networks,co-citation networks,and co-occurrence networks. Results A total of 8183 relevant publications were included,and the annual publications and citation frequency in this field have been steadily increasing over the past 20 years. The United States was the most productive country,with the University of California system contributing the most publications. Mayer KH and Beyrer C were the authors with the highest number of publications and citation frequency,respectively. Keywords such as acceptability,preexposure prophylaxis,adherence,transgender women,barriers,high risk,HIV testing,sexual and gender minorities,sexual health,public health,and care are hot research topics in recent years,and to some extent reflect future trends. Conclusions Through bibliometrics and visual analysis,it is revealed that the focus of AIDS research in MSM is on issues such as preexposure prophylaxis and sexual health,and it is predicted that future research will continue to deepen the exploration of high-risk groups,public health intervention and care.
