Aeromonas sobria is a rare and low-toxic pathogen that can cause diseases such as gastroenteritis, peritonitis, sepsis, pneumonia, etc. In severe cases, septic shock and necrotizing fasciitis can occur. This article reports two cases of infection with Aeromonas sobria in patients with hematological diseases. The main clinical manifestations of the 2 patients were fever and skin and soft tissue infection, which were finally cured by anti-infection and surgical intervention. It is suggested that surgical intervention is necessary for immunodeficiency patients with skin and soft tissue infection caused by Aeromonas sobria, especially if fatal necrotizing fasciitis occurs. Earlier surgical intervention is particularly important.
