Intestinal bleeding is a relatively common clinical problem, and the diagnosis of intestinal bleeding is challenging. This article reports a case of an AIDS patient presenting with fever, abdominal pain, and hematochezia, with CT suggesting active bleeding in the upper jejunum, endoscopy suggesting mucosal lesions in the upper jejunum, and blood cultures and endoscopic biopsy suggesting infection with Talaromycosis Marneffei. The patient was treated with antifungal therapy and improved. The article suggests that the Talaromycosis Marneffei can infect the intestinal tract and cause bleeding and other complications, applying a variety of examination methods to search for the bleeding site, and effective antifungal treatment after the diagnosis is clear, can achieve good results.
