摘要

随着艾滋病的后高效抗逆转录病毒治疗时代的到来,让艾滋病成为需长期管理的慢性感染性传染病,但因持续的人类免疫缺陷病毒复制及免疫炎症刺激可导致艾滋病患者合并其他慢性疾病,如艾滋病合并慢性肾脏病.近年来越来越多的研究表明,代谢重编程与艾滋病、慢性肾脏病密切相关,其涉及线粒体氧化磷酸化及糖酵解,对于维持人体代谢平衡至关重要,并可能参与艾滋病肾损伤的发生和进展.然而,关于代谢重编程与艾滋病肾损伤之间的研究有限,因此,本文综述代谢重编程在艾滋病肾损伤的研究进展,以期为艾滋病肾损伤患者的生存健康提供新的治疗策略.

Abstract

With the advent of the post-highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)era,AIDS has become a chronic infectious disease requiring long-term management,but the persistence of HIV viral replication and immuno-inflammatory stimuli can lead to the comorbidity of AIDS with other chronic diseases,such as AIDS with chronic kidney disease(CKD).In recent years,more and more studies have shown that metabolic reprogramming is closely related to AIDS and CKD,which involves mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis,and is essential for maintaining metabolic homeostasis in the body,and may be involved in the progression of kidney injury in AIDS.However,there are limited studies on the relationship between metabolic reprogramming and renal injury in AIDS.Therefore,this article reviews the progress of metabolic reprogramming in renal injury in AIDS,with the aim of providing new therapeutic strategies for the survival and health of patients with renal injury in AIDS.
