Characteristics of the Times,Practical Dilemma and Practice Path of the Governance of Higher Academic Continuing Education
In the new era,the Ministry of Education has continuously issued a number of documents to strengthen the all-round supervision and guidance of continuing education in recent years,in order to solve the problems of low quality of higher academic con-tinuing education and imperfect governance system.At present,there are some difficulties in higher academic continuing education,such as unclear positioning of school-running,difficulties in improving the quality of personnel training and insufficient teaching govern-ance ability.Therefore,higher academic continuing education should clarify the positioning of school-running,adhere to the public welfare,implement the separation of management and operation,control the moderate scale of school-running,and establish a stand-ardized guarantee system to achieve the high-quality development of higher academic continuing education in the new era.
