推进老年智慧教育发展,对构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系具有重要意义.数字技术发展为老年智慧教育服务提供了新的发展动力.梳理了数字技术赋能老年智慧教育服务的需求调研、供给模式、决策效率等方面的发展逻辑.从当前实践来看,数字技术赋能老年智慧教育服务存在意识、行动和要素缺位等方面的现实困境.据此,可从树立以老年学习者为中心的数字化发展理念、构建数字技术赋能的老年智慧教育服务行动模式、建立以数据要素为核心的全要素服务体系三个方面进行实践探索.
Logic,Difficulties and Relief Paths of Digital Technology Empowering Smart Education Services for the Elderly
Promoting the development of smart education for the elderly is of great significance for building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all.The development of digital technology has provided new impetus for the smart education services for the elderly.This paper sorts out the development logic of demand research,supply models and decision-making efficiency in empowe-ring smart education services for the elderly with digital technology.From the current practice,there are practical difficulties in the lack of awareness,action and elements in empowering smart education services for the elderly with digital technology.Based on this,it is necessary to carry out practical exploration from three aspects of establishing a digital development concept centered on elderly learn-ers,constructing an action model of smart education services for the elderly empowered by digital technology,and establishing a com-prehensive service system with data elements as the core.
