数字学习者学习力素描:关联主义视角

数字学习者是善于在新一代学习环境中有效开展有意义学习的人.从关联主义视角出发,在诠释数字学习者概念内涵的基础上,映射出数字学习者的15种学习力,并进一步借用"素质洋葱模型",将其细分为5种外显学习力,分别为知识建构和管理、连接力、搜寻力、适应力、信息素养;5种内生学习力,分别为实践力、自我管理、网络创建力、主体性学习、对话与协同力;5种核心学习力,分别为成长心态、知情融合力、承担责任、兼容力、创新力,再加以系统阐释,以期为数字学习者开展有效的学习提供有益的认知和行为范本.
Digital Learners'Learning Capability Sketching from the Perspective of Connectivism
Digital learners are people who are good at engaging in meaningful learning in the digital learning environments.From the perspective of connectivism,this paper maps out 15 kinds of learning capabilities of digital learners on the basis of interpreting the connotation of digital learners,and further uses the"Onion Model of Competence"to subdivide them into 5 kinds of external learning capabilities,namely,knowledge construction and management,connection capability,search capability,adaptability capability and in-formation literacy;5 kinds of internal learning capabilities,namely,practical capability,self-management,network creation capabili-ty,subjective learning,dialog and collaboration capability;5 kinds of core learning capabilities,namely,growth mindset,emotional intelligence,accountability,compatibility and innovation capability;a systematic elaboration of these learning capabilities,aiming to provide a beneficial cognitive and behavioral model for digital learners'effective learning.
