数字化赋能中国特色学徒制是工作世界数字化发展的现实性选择、职业教育数字化转型的一般性要求、国际学徒制数字化变革的经验借鉴、我国学徒制高质量发展的题中之义.从数字化治理、数字化平台、数字化资源和数字化素养四个维度,全景式展示数字化赋能中国特色学徒制的应然样态.建设高质量数字化赋能中国特色学徒制体系,需要构建中国式数字化赋能模式、完善数字化赋能制度机制、发挥多主体协同推进作用、提升个体多维数字化素养,以此促进中国特色学徒制数字化转型与高质量创新发展,增加优质培训资源供给,构建智能学徒培训生态.
Driving Logic,Appropriate Form and Implementation Paths of Digital Empowerment of Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics
Digital empowerment of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is the realistic choice of the digital development in the working world,the general requirement of the digital transformation of vocational education,the experience of the digital transforma-tion of international apprenticeship,and the meaning of the high-quality development of China s apprenticeship.From the four dimen-sions of digital governance,digital platform,digital resources and digital literacy,this paper presents the panoramic display of the ap-propriate form of digital empowerment of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.To build a high-quality digital empowerment of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to build a Chinese-style digital empowerment model,improve the digital em-powerment institutional mechanism,play the collaborative promotion role of multiple entities,and enhance the multi-dimensional digital literacy of individuals,so as to promote the digital transformation and high-quality innovation and development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,increase the supply of high-quality training resources,and build a smart apprenticeship training ecology.
