Construction of High-Level Apprenticeship System with Chinese Characteristics for On-Site Engineer Training
As the main form of on-site engineer training,the high-level apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics affects and determines the training effect of on-site engineers.However,the current academic research on on-site engineers mostly focuses on the interpretation of its connotation,and relatively neglects the high-level apprenticeship system as the main form of training.The rea-son is mainly due to the fact that the research on high-level apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is still in its initial stage,and many doubts still need to be discussed in depth.With the transfer of education orientation,social transformation and technological iteration,the educational organization form,educational content and educational mode of apprenticeship system have been constantly changing,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,the exploration of high-level apprenticeship system at home and abroad has also continuously promoted the apprenticeship educa-tion from modern apprenticeship system to high-level apprenticeship system,which provides a practical basis for the construction of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.To build a high-level apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,it is ur-gent to interpret its essential connotation from the dimensions of education system,cultivation mode and teaching method,strengthen the connotation design of the top-level system,create a good external operation environment,and further improve the quality of on-site engineer training.
