Construction of Diversified Vocational Education System Serving Lifelong Learning for All
China's economic development has shifted from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high-quality development.The cultivation of vocational skilled talents in vocational education should aim at the direction of technological change and the optimiza-tion and upgrading of strategic emerging industries,and accelerate the completion of the construction of a diversified vocational educa-tion system with public training institutions,vocational colleges,vocational training institutions,industries and enterprises as the carri-er,so as to form a multi-dimensional training channel for vocational skilled talents with lifelong learning characteristics.In order to pro-mote the high-quality development of the economy and enhance the adaptability of vocational education to the needs of strategic emer-ging industries,vocational education needs to pay attention to the integration of vocational skilled training and industrial development in the new era,optimize the type positioning of vocational education,and build a lifelong learning vocational education system in line with the characteristics of strategic emerging industries,so as to provide long-term and sustainable guarantee for the reserve of vocational skills talents in various fields.
