SWOT Analysis of Chinese Adult Education Discourse System in the New Era
In the new era,the development of the discourse system in adult education is not only an internal requirement of es-tablishing and enhancing China's modern education system,but also an indispensable and crucial component of improving the quality of the whole nation.The results of SWOT analysis reveal that the discourse system of adult education not only has the internal advanta-ges of policy support and rich practical experience,but also encounters the disadvantages of unbalanced development level of adult edu-cation and indistinct characteristics of subjects in China.Moreover,it confronts not only external opportunities of increasing internation-al exchanges and technological progress,but also practical challenges brought by the significant influence of foreign discourse and the false propaganda of the market.Looking forward to the future,China should further enhance the international discourse power of adult education in China from four aspects of leading innovation,internal and external cultivation,international voice and brand construction,so as to promote the discourse system of adult education with Chinese characteristics to burst out new vitality in the new era.
