Operating Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma and Relief Path of Credit Bank to Help Collaborative Innovation and Development of"Three Educations"
The collaborative innovation and development of vocational education,higher education and continuing education are crucial for the construction of an education system of lifelong learning for all.The credit bank is a pivotal component of the lifelong edu-cation system,and its functions and characteristics are highly consistent with the connotation demands of the collaborative innovation and development of the"Three Educations".By deeply analyzing the functions and characteristics of the credit bank and the connota-tion requirements of the collaborative innovation and development of the"Three Educations",this paper discusses the operating mecha-nism of the credit bank to promote the collaborative innovation and development of the"Three Educations"in the aspects of model in-novation,resource transformation,mechanism construction and quality monitoring.In the process of implementation,the credit bank is faced with practical challenges such as inconsistent standards,difficulty in resource integration,inadequate certification systems and lagging construction of digital intelligence.This paper proposes a series of solutions from various dimensions of institutional improve-ment,production-education integration,evaluation reform,digital intelligence empowerment and multiple participation,in order to ef-fectively support the credit bank to help the collaborative innovation and development of the"Three Educations".
