How is Digital Transformation of Community Education Possible and Feasible?——Theoretical Analysis Based on TOE Framework
At present,the digital transformation of education has become an important engine to promote the construction of high-quality education system.The connotation and representation of the digital transformation of community education mainly include the transformation of learning field from physical space to virtual and real integration,the transformation of learning resources from one-way supply to intelligent sharing,and the transformation of learning services from static management to dynamic governance.Drawing on the TOE theoretical,the digital transformation of community education should form a basic framework with technological empowerment as the logic starting point,organizational empowerment as the logical chain,and environmental accountability as the logical goal.Based on this,it is necessary to strengthen technological support to build a new infrastructure for digital connectivity in community education,promote organizational innovation to build a multi-collaborative governance system of community education,strengthen environmental construction to create a safe and efficient digital ecosystem of community education as the practical approach to jointly promote the im-plementation of digital transformation in community education.
