老年人"数字融入":现状分析、归因推论与纾解之策——基于2021年CGSS的分析

数字化时代与老龄化时代并行,老年群体处于数字弱势地位,老年人"数字融入"研究势在必行.将老年人"数字融入"核心因变量分解为三个子因变量:数字使用意愿的浅层融入、数字使用能力的中层融入与数字使用认可的深层融入.基于2021年中国综合社会调查数据,从三个维度分别量化分析不同特征的老年人"数字融入"现状.以归因理论为理论基础,针对老年人"数字融入"存在自我认同困境及社会支持不足这两大现实原因,提出通过"数字培训+朋辈效应"促进老年人自我认同感提升,借助"数字反哺+政策效应"建设老年人友好型数字社会的纾解之策.
Status Analysis,Attribution Inference and Relief Strategies of"Digital Inclusion"of the Elderly——Based on the Analysis of CGSS 2021
As the digital era goes hand in hand with the ageing era,the elderly is in a digitally disadvantaged position,and the research on"digital inclusion"of the elderly is imperative.In this study,the core dependent variable of"digital inclusion"of the eld-erly is decomposed into three sub-dependent variables:the surface inclusion of digital usage willingness,the middle inclusion of digital usage ability and the deep inclusion of digital usage recognition.Based on the data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey,the current status of"digital inclusion"of the elderly with different characteristics is measured in each of the three variables above.Based on the attribution theory,it is believed that there are two practical reasons for the"digital inclusion"of the elderly,namely,self-iden-tity dilemma and insufficient social support.Therefore,the solutions of promoting self-identity enhancement of the elderly through"dig-ital training and peer effect"and building an elderly-friendly digital society with"digital feedback and policy effect"are proposed re-spectively.
