Thoughts on the Construction of Social Support System of On-Site Engineer Project in Vocational Education
The on-site engineer project of vocational education is a new carrier to innovate the mechanism of production-education integration.This paper analyzes the dilemma of the implementation of on-site engineer project from the aspects of apprenticeship train-ing mode,the development of professional ability standard and the identity of engineers.It introduces the theory of synergetics to con-struct the model of social support system of"three-ring polymerization and collaborative linkage"of on-site engineer project in vocation-al education,and explores the operation mechanism of high-quality implementation project from the aspects of establishing target coordi-nation mechanism,open linkage mechanism and interest coordination mechanism.Through the overall system design,it promotes the deep coordination of government,enterprises and schools,and promotes the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,indus-trial chain and innovation chain.
