摘要
城市道路作为城市公共空间、道路人行道及建筑退界范围,共同承载了道路基础设施建设、城市生态廊道布局的需求,同时也是市民步行出行、便利生活、邻里交往的载体,与"基建、民生"等问题息息相关.雄东A社区作为居住为主导的宜居生活单元,鼓励城市建设用地不同程度、不同方式的混合利用,引导土地利用集约高效,推进城市功能复合.创建"就近职住、功能复合"的现代城市,在规划及设计中进行街道一体化设计.
Abstract
As the urban public spaces,the road sidewalks and the building retreat range of urban road jointly bear the needs of road infrastructure construction and urban ecological corridor layout,and are also the carriers for the citizens to travel on foot,facilitate life and communicate with neighbors,which are closely related to"infrastructure,people's livelihood"and other issues.Xiongdong Community A is a livable living unit dominated by residence,where the mixed use of urban construction land in different degrees and ways is encouraged to guide the intensive and efficient use of land and promote the integration of urban functions.A modem city with"nearby work and residence and multiple functions"is created and the integrated design of street is carried out in planning and design.
