门式桥塔塔柱临时支撑及上横梁支架方案研究

为保证门式内倾桥塔施工的安全和倾斜度满足要求,对某特大跨度悬索桥桥塔施工临时支撑及上横梁支架方案进行分析比选,提出受力安全、经济合理的施工方案,并对其进行相关受力分析.研究表明:上横梁与塔柱采用异步施工可以提高施工效率,简化模板系统;对于未形成门式结构的倾斜塔柱,需通过临时支撑并施加主动水平力保证塔柱受力和线形;上横梁模架系统采用分离式三角托架方案,方便施工、经济适用、安全可靠,为类似倾斜高塔施工提供相关经验.
Research on Scheme for Temporary Support and Upper Beam Support of Portal Bridge Pylon
In order to ensure the safety and inclination to meet the requirements in the construction of the portal leaning bridge pylon,the temporary support and upper beam support schemes for the pylon construction of a super-large-span suspension bridge are analyzed and compared.A construction scheme with the safe stress and reasonable economy is proposed,and its relative stress is analyzed.The research shows that the asynchronous construction of the upper beam and pylon can improve the construction efficiency and simplify the formwork system.For the leaning pylon without portal structure,it is required to apply the temporary support and the active horizontal force to ensure the stress and alignment of the pylon.The separated triangular bracket scheme is adopted for the upper beam formwork system,which is convenient for construction,economical,applicable,safe and reliable,and provides the relevant experience for the construction of similar leaning pylons.
