摘要
为落实源头治理的理念,从项目策划阶段开始落实城市内涝治理要求,以华南理工大学广州国际校区二期工程洪涝安全评估为例,阐述了建设项目洪涝安全评估过程.首先对城市建设项目策划方案阶段、控制性详细规划阶段的评估要点进行分析;其次规定了评估方法;最后给出了策划方案阶段、控制性详细规划阶段的洪涝安全评估目录.
Abstract
In order to implement the concept of source control,starting from the planning stage of project,the requirements for urban waterlogging control is implemented.Taking the flood and waterlogging safety assessment of Guangzhou International Campus Phase Ⅱ Project in South Chia University of Technology as an example,the process of flood and waterlogging safety assessment for construction project is expounded.The assessment essentials of urban construction projects in the planning scheme stage and regulatory planning stage are analyzed.And then,the assessment method is stipulated.Finally,the list of flood and waterlogging safety assessment in the planning scheme stage and regulatory planning stage is given.
