山地城市内涝治理方法探索——以桂林市阳朔县为例

摘要
受全球气候变化及城市化进程加快的影响,我国极端降雨发生的频率和强度也日益增加,严重制约了城市发展.桂林市阳朔县具有世界级山水景观,是国际旅游圣地,近年内涝频发对旅游业造成严重冲击,因此内涝治理势在必行.通过研究近几年阳朔县的内涝情况,以2020年6月发生的极端降雨情况为例,从水文气候、城市建设等方面深入分析了阳朔县内涝发生的原因,并提出系统治理、蓄排共举等相应治理措施,为山地城市内涝治理提供有效思路.
Abstract
Due to the combined effects of global warming and the acceleration of urbanization,the frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall are also increasing in China,which seriously restricts the city development.Yangshuo County in Guilin City has the world-class landscape,and is an international tourist destination.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of waterlogging has caused a serious impact on the tourism industry.Therefore,it is imperative to control the waterlogging.By studying the waterlogging in Yangshuo County in recent years,taking the extreme rainfall in June 2020 as an example,the causes of waterlogging in Yangshuo County are further analyzed from the aspects of hydrological climate and urban construction.The corresponding control measures such as systematic control,storage and drainage are put forward,which provides the effective ideas for the control of urban waterlogging.
