水闸安全鉴定成果研究及其应用分析

摘要
安全鉴定工作目的是准确查找工程隐患、及时掌握水闸工程的安全状况,是合理确定水闸管理措施的依据,是确保水闸安全运行的重要手段.通过调查分析上海近十年水闸安全鉴定成果,梳理分析了各项安全等级评价为C的主要问题,初步分析了除险加固主要措施及效果,对上海水闸安全鉴定及其应用提出了一些建议.
Abstract
The purpose of safety appraisal work is to accurately find the engineering hidden dangers,timely grasp the safety situation of the sluice project,and is reasonable to determine the basis of sluice management measures and is the important means to ensure the safe operation of sluice.By investigating and analyzing the achievements of sluice safety appraisal in the past 10 years in Shanghai,the main problems of each safety grade evaluation as C are sorted out and analyzed.The main measures and effects of danger removal and reinforcement are preliminarily analyzed.Some suggestions for the safety appraisal and application of sluice in Shanghai are put forward.
