Multilevel Evaluation on Corner and Displacement State of Bridge Bearings Based on Distributed Stress Monitoring
Bearing disease has become one of the main factors affecting bridge safety.However,the commonly used bearing monitoring and detection methods have the low intelligence and automation,and poor timeliness.In order master service status of bridge bearings in real time,the multilevel evaluation method is proposed for the corner and displacement status of bridge bearings based on the distributed stress monitoring.Firstly,the structure of the smart pot rubber bearing and the arrangement of stress measuring points suitable for the proposed method are introduced.Secondly,the standardized stress ratio index of measuring point is proposed,which comprehensively considers the stress variation characteristics of each measuring point in the two principal directions of rubber plate.Based on this,the multilevel evaluation criteria of bearing corner and displacement state in service period are set.Then,taking the actual project as an example,the available smart bearing type is determined.Each threshold value used for the multilevel evaluation of bearing corner and displacement state in the service period is defined.
