摘要

采用人工模拟堆石料代替天然堆石料进行试验研究,可以对颗粒形状等单一因素对堆石料力学特性和颗粒破碎特性的影响进行更加深入的研究.对人工模拟堆石料三轴试验结果进行了本构模型参数回归分析,统计了不同形状人工模拟堆石料的颗粒破碎情况,进而定量的研究了颗粒形状与颗粒破碎的关系,并就颗粒破碎对堆石体强度和变形的影响进行了探讨.研究表明,邓肯-张本构模型能够对人工模拟堆石料应力应变曲线进行较好的拟合,其模型参数符合天然堆石料的规律;颗粒破碎率与颗粒球度呈现较好的线性关系,并且在不同围压下颗粒破碎率随颗粒球度的变化规律基本一致;随着围压的升高,颗粒破碎逐渐增大并占据主导作用,使堆石体强度降低,变形加大.

Abstract

The artificial simulated rockfill is used to replace the natural rockfill for the experimental study,which can further study the influence of single factor such as particle shape on the mechanical properties of rockfill and particle breakage characteristics.Based on the triaxial test results of artificial simulated rockfill,the constitutive model parameters regression analysis is carried out,the particle crushing status of artificial simulated rockfill with different shapes is counted,and then the relationship between the particle shape and particle crushing is quantitatively studied.And the influence of particle crushing on the strength and deformation of rockfill is discussed.The results show that the Duncan-Chang constitutive model can fit the stress-strain curve of artificially simulated rockfill well.Its model parameters conform to the law of natural rockfill.There is a good linear relationship between the particle crushing rate and particle sphericity,and the variation of particle crushing rate with particle sphericity is basically the same under different confining pressures.With the increase of confining pressure,the particle crushing gradually increases and plays a dominant role,which makes the strength of rockfill reduce and the deformation increase.
